Your Physiotherapists:

Dominique Honore

With over 30 years experience, Dominique has helped clients from all walks of life with all types of acute and chronic conditions; and has specific interests in complex back and neck pain, complex/chronic pain, osteo-arthritis, headaches, tendon pain and shoulder and hip/knee pain/injuries.

He is very interested to help you if:

  1. You have a recent pain or injury that is limiting your ability to do things you value.
  2. If you feel like you’ve seen everyone, tried everything, and are still very limited by pain or injury.
  3. If you would like to get answers and gain an understanding of how best to manage your pain or injury.
  4. If you would like a second opinion before deciding on invasive procedures for your pain (such as surgery or injections).

Over the 30 years of clinical experience, Dominique has worked in private practice, rehabilitation hospitals, occupational health settings and with sporting teams. Dominique is an APA Tilted Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, having completed his physiotherapy degree and a Masters’ degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

Dominique values actively listening to his clients, clearly understanding their presenting problem, finding out all the contributing factors to the problem and getting clear on his clients’ concerns, expectations, and goals.

He is focused on an accurate diagnosis and always gives his clients a simple explanation of the diagnosis and its causes; a clear plan and time frame to achieve their goals.

Despite his many years as a Physiotherapist, Dominique keeps an open mind to ongoing developments in physiotherapy and applies up-to-date treatment methods to help his clients achieve their goals and prevent/minimise recurrences of the problem. He uses a combination of manual treatment and exercise techniques and values the role of education in empowering his clients in their “own” recovery.

Jason Diep

With over 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist and leadership experience managing teams of physiotherapists, Jason has developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping individuals move better, recover efficiently, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Jason has worked across private practice, on-site occupational settings, and NDIS environments, providing him with a broad understanding of both acute injuries and more complex, long-term conditions. His approach combines hands-on treatment with targeted, evidence-based exercise programs designed not only to address symptoms, but also to identify and resolve the underlying causes of injury so patients can confidently return to their normal activities.

Through managing a diverse caseload, Jason recognises that every patient’s journey is unique. He takes a structured and personalised approach to care, whether assisting someone recovering from a workplace injury, supporting individuals managing chronic conditions through the NDIS (such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorder, and amputations), or helping athletes safely return to peak performance. His broad clinical experience allows him to think laterally and guide patients through often complex rehabilitation processes with clarity and confidence.

As a triathlete himself, Jason has a strong appreciation for the role of movement, performance, and resilience in long-term health. He is passionate about empowering his patients through education and active rehabilitation, ensuring they feel informed and in control of their progress at every stage. Jason prioritises building supportive relationships and developing clear, achievable plans tailored to each individual’s goals. Whether the aim is returning to work, getting back to sport, or simply moving without pain, his focus remains the same: to help patients recover effectively, build resilience, and perform at their best for the long term.
